Inventor Centre

At the moment I am 'inventing' something called a 'Automatic Level Crossing'. It is going to be for Hornby trains. I am inventing it in a club at school called Inventor Centre. I made a poll about it last month and will reuse it for this month, now you know what I am doing! I have until about the 16th of November to finish it (after the school holidays (NZ) (if you go on the Inventor Centre blog and see there are only three weeks left and are confused, it is because he (the teacher) isn't counting the school holidays)) and I have done about a third of it - the base, nailing the track down and the level crossing arms!

Swine Flu

Hi. I have decided that Swine Flu is important, so I am writing about it.

Tens of thousands of people have caught the virus, (H1N1), all over the World in many different countries. Over 200 people have died. Swine Flu originated in Mexico and has spread mostly because of modern transport. In New Zealand there are more than 400 people infected, at this time. It is also offically a pandemic, so this month's poll is out of date.

Earth Hour 2009
